For pity's sake, this really is stupid. Might as well call it 'pay to be taught by media academics'.

Wonderful. This webcomic is actually really good!

wow. The part that fan-hate plays in sales, eh?

I remember finding the whole 'megalomaniacal supervillains draw the line at terrorism, even the ones who are basically terrorists' thing stupid when I read this a few years ago. Magneto, especially (though this might be friendly New Magneto, I honestly can't remember when he goes to the Good Side).

Elbow are wonderful, but I always end up a little disappointed by the live version of Seldom Seen Kid. And most of the songs from their latest album. Oh well.

As if the Mail wasn't already guilty of enough base hypocrisy. This tedious, tawdry nonsense is sickening enough, but they you remember that survey which showed that the average Mail reader was /far/ more likely to be in favour of the BBC than most other newspaper readers, and this is just Dacre's personal predjudice.
